You can generate invoices for virtual metering points (VMP) and wallbox users. These are formatted in HTML so that you can print them out or convert them into PDF files from your browser.
To set this up, you must complete the "Invoice sender" and "Invoice footer" fields in the "Configuration" menu in the "Project data" section. If VAT is payable, you can enter the current tax rate in the corresponding field.
For VMP bills, you can optionally specify the average annual energy consumption in kWh of a 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-person household. In an annual bill, these values are then displayed graphically and compared with the customer's consumption. A possible entry in the field would be, for example: 3500,4300,5000,6800.
You can also enter values for wallbox calculations with which the annual vehicle consumption is graphically compared. Each value is followed by a description of the value in inverted commas, for example: 2400 "small car", 4200 "mid-range", 6000 "SUV".
In the "User" menu, you can enter an address for each user that will be used for the invoice.
For VMP invoices, you must assign the user to the virtual measuring point by entering their user ID in the settings of the virtual measuring point.
You can call up the invoice module by clicking on the "Edit" button next to a user in the "Users" menu and then on the "Invoice" button. The administrator can create invoices for all users. However, users can also view their respective invoice status in the form of a cost overview.
The invoice module consists of a header, which is not printed, and the respective invoice underneath. In the header, you can first select the invoice type, i.e. VMP or Wallbox. For VMP invoices, you can select the virtual measuring point in the next field. You can also select the year and month for which the invoice is to be created. To create an annual invoice, you can click on the checkbox of the same name.
You can select the respective user for wallbox invoices. You can also create monthly and annual invoices here. By default, the price of the electricity consumed is displayed. However, you can also use a checkbox to select the "effective price", i.e. the price for electricity consumption without the solar component, but plus the lost feed-in tariff.
The "Print" button opens the corresponding browser menu. It is recommended to use Mozilla Firefox instead of Chrome, as Firefox copes better with some formatting.
